Number transfer

Provided a PAC code to transfer number from 3 to O2 on the 28th June. Today is 5th July and the number has still not been transferred. I was disconnected from 3 by O2 on the 29th, but unfortunately the number has not been moved to my new O2 account number.

 

Several phone calls with several promises that the number will be transferred.

Several messages on O2 APP also with promises that the number will be transferred. 7 days later number still not transferred. 

Anyone out there got any ideas on how I can get my number transferred from 3 to O2.

 

Apparently this is a simple process that O2 do not know how to complete.
