Hi everyone

My wife and I live part-time in England and Italy and, as data roaming charges were being introduced, we both bought new O2 sim cards and drove back to Italy.

We found as soon as we entered France that both phones became non-functional, apart from when using WiFi in hotels. Our O2 bills are paid through direct debit in the UK.

I have tried phoning O2 without success, tried sending messages without success and I am beginning to pull my hair out, what little I have left.

Anyone out there with any ideas to help?

Many thanks

P&S

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
