Hi all, i haven’t been getting any network coverage for the past 16months, always have to make calls through wifi, is it right that I am having to pay the bill every month?

Have you removed and cleaned your SIM card, @GK4 - with a lint-free cloth?

Or Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? 

Or even checked to see if the problem is affecting other phones in your household or vicinity?

And WiFi calling still uses the mobile network (not WhatsApp, or similar) to deliver your call to the destination, so yes, payment needed.

That said, it could be better 👍🏼
