Hi,
I have no idea what's going on with this alliance!
Far too much has been going on in too short a time-frame.
I've no idea whether or not I'm a member of Virgin Media, O2, Volt or Uncle Tom Cobbley!
All I know is that I pay approximately £100 and then £16 for what I presume is entertainment!
At the time of change (last year) I was recontracted, and didn't get the bundle I thought I was getting, got a new sim when I'd specifically requested keeping the number I had bought many, many years ago. I now have a sort of service so
things are OK!
Can anyone give me a bit of an outline?
Cheers,
Colin

No one on here can tell you anything as no one has access to customer accounts.
I would speak to Virgin Media on 0345 454 1111 and ask them what you signed up to, you will also have got an email with your contract, which is also visible via virginmedia.com
They also have a community at https://community.virginmedia.com

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Virgin provide fixed line services - home phone (landline), home broadband and TV.
o2 provide mobile line services - devices (phones, tablets and mobile broadband dongles), phone sims and data only sims (for the tablets and dongles).
Volt is a "reward" for having some service from both, and you get some actual benefits - mobile data is doubled, and home broadband speeds go up one level (there are others).
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
