please im new to 02, I got a call from the customer service appealing to me subscribe to a contract of sim and phone which I did. I initially picked iphone 13 with a sim and the following day, I got the sim. Also I got an email that £9.99 will be deducted from my account every month. so I don't understand if the money is for the sim or the phone or both. I could not get any direct number or email to get clearification. please can anyone assist
