I come from Gifgaff to O2 and these guys promised me they have the best service and assured me i wouldn’t have any problems the day i got my o2 sim i contacted o2 right away gave them my PAC and phone number which i want on the o2 sim and been waiting over the estimated time called in about 6-7 times they cut the phone on me 4 times and 2 times they put me on hold and didn’t get back to me and then said your transfer will be completed by 10pm on 28/12/2023 it’s gone past that now still waiting nothing

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Sounds like you have done the right thing.

When did you give the code. Nothing would have happened over the holiday period, but we have had two clear days since.

As customers all we can suggest is you plague O2.

As to the best customer service, that is open to debate.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
