O2 have generated 4 accounts under my name, and I am unable to access it. I cannot upgrade, request a PAC code or do anything? I’ve contacted them multiple times and even escalated to Ofcom and still nothing. Anyone else having the same issues

O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.
You'll need a new email address that's not been used on O2 before.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

So if I do that this will be resolved?? Been going on for over a month and still nothing . Their idiotic advisors cant resolve this
