Can you please tell me what I bought on my January 2022 bill as I haven’t bought anything and I can going into it to look at it

You need to check in myo2 and it will tell you which app store you purchased from or a premium rate number,  you then need to check the app stores and see what has been bought. 

o2 don't know what you have bought just that you have used o2 to charge a purchase to.
