Nope, afraid not.. There is no longer any o2 network in Ireland even if you could, as they where merged with Three Ireland a good while ago..

If it is the Republic the simple answer is no. Different networks and different phone numbers

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
