PLEASE HELP
i have two numbers, originally Virgin
both have been transferred to O2
i spent over THREE hours talking to ???? Regarding the fact that although I pay for two numbers at separate times of the month I can only see one on my O2 account. I just dont know what to do 😱😢. I was passed from person to person, department to department. No one understood what I was saying.
PLEASE is there any way of talking to a person at O2 who is not reading from a script and speaks understandable English

O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
