I have been with o2 for a while but unfortunately around a year ago my phone got stolen. I didnt contact you to cancel, I just got a new phone and new contract with a different supplier. I have still been paying my monthly bill all this time as I havent found the time to contact you. I really need to cancel my contract as I am paying around £15 per month for a phone that I no longer have. The phone is also connected to a different number so I cannot call you from said number to cancel. Hopefully you can help.

First thing you need to do is report the phone as stolen, and take it from there: Lost or Stolen O2 Device
