Hi, I’ve had a message on my phone saying “Thank you for your request regarding application NC————.
We're pleased to say it's been accepted. Please login to your account to see what to do next.” However I’ve logged in and can’t see anything. Can anyone help with this ?

Sounds like you're being moved to the new billing system.
