Afternoon, my daughter recently upgraded her phone a few days ago all working fine until today, she is unable to make/receive calls yet she can still receive/send IMessages and use everything on her phone as normal.
hoping you lovely lot on here may have the answer as We don’t have a local O2 shop so cant pop in there for assistance and trying to speak directly with O2 is a task in itself.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
