I have been on the phone to various departments of O2 and Virgin today and the service has been poor and they still aren’t able to resolve the above for me.
My customer account number is (REMOVED) the sim number is (REMOVED), my email address was (REMOVED) which I no longer have access to and my NEW email is (REMOVED)
please can this be resolved
