Help please

How can I received correlation ID number. I try to report fraud but google play send me to o2 to receive correlation ID number. They need it to continue investigation process. @O2Waqas can you help please?

It is not something o2 can provide to you, you need to speak to Google direct.

Google are trying to get out of things at there end...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

I read this post and it's doesn't work. I'm in dead end now because Google play not accepted this number.
