How to enable Wi-Fi calling

I would like to use hospital public Wi-Fi and when I go on setting it doesn’t allow me to turn on the Wi-Fi calling..  it comes up with message asking me to go on 02 website.

can someone help

If you're on a contract, O2 need to enable it on your account first.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Once O2 have enabled it, you can turn it on in your MyO2

Just please bear in mind that there's no WiFi Calling on PAYG.
