I have had an email from mycare telling me I owe O2 money for a bill I can not see on myO2 account. I need answers by email as I am slightly deaf. How can this be achieved?

o2 dont offer Email support, mainly for GDPR and security reasons, the best option is to message o2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
