How can I unblock my old phone?

I both my iphone from O2 around 6 year ago but I'm not using this phone around 4 year now. My question is how can I unblocked to use this phone with any other network? I using my SIM card with other phone now. The O2 can unlock for me?

Are you sure @S3zs that your 'phone is locked ? This thread suggests that O2 ceased to lock 'phones in mid-2018, so depending when "...around 6 year ago..." actually was, it might not be locked :-

I'm not sure with the 6 year I think is more. /iPhone 7/ I put one other brand SIM card but the phone not except that

You can find out if your iPhone is locked by going to Settings > General > About. If "No SIM restrictions" appears next to Carrier Lock, your iPhone is unlocked.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
