Hi can 02 confirm this free earbuds is genuine or a complete scam, as it seems no one has received them, we've gone the code keep putting it in the basket then nothing happens we've phoned several times and even the 02 people on the phone can't get it to work, would it not just be easier to give us a code to take into a 02 store

To answer your question, it is most certainly not a scam and many customers have received their free earbuds - most without difficulty but some after a bit of messing around. 

If you use the guide that @pgn has referred you to, I am sure that you will eventually get your earbuds.
