I’ve been waiting for 3 days for my free 6 months of Disney to be activated and still haven’t received a confirmation text I can’t even activate it in my O2 app, can anyone help me at all?

Unfortunately there is a known problem with activating Disney. O2 are aware and are working on it. You may want to post on social media. The more people post, the quicker the fix.

Same problem as you and can't get hold of anyone to find out what the problem may be. Annoying as....
