I have got a new o2 prepaid and I cannot top-up using my foreign credit card, why? This is the 21st century, 2024, not 1994, NO IDEA how this company has no possibility for topping up a simple pay as you go account! I'm overseas and need to top up my monthly balance, ZERO customer service online help available and just continued to send to FAQ...I have many FAQs need answering!
For people to use in the UK and occasional, not permanent use abroad.
