Anyone having problems getting a code for their ear buds ? Been nearly 2 months now, told they know there is a problem, every deadline passes with yet another excuse. Contacted complaints, surprise surprise, no reply from them.

This comes up a lot, and to you would be best to contact the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255 and see if they can help, as on this community there is no o2 support, so all we can say is keep persevering with o2.. 


There is also Resolver.co.uk where you can log a complaint, but be aware they now send out spam to users selling other services at times..

I have often wondered how Resolver is funded and it does seem that with a "free" service, some sort of downside was inevitable. I hope that they are not selling folks' data too ?

I got emails about PPI, which I claimed years ago, selling me a service to claim back the tax 😞
