Hi everyone,

Assistive technology is a pretty wide term, that usually refers to devices and systems that help a person to maintain or improve their independence, safety and wellbeing. This encompasses many different kinds of tech, and we thought it'd be great to hear if you have any experience with some of the latest assistive tech out there.

For example, I was reading this article on the Scope website, in which the author explains how much speech recognition softwares have helped them throught university, and daily through dealing with emails.

Do you guys have any experience using some assistive tech, or do you know someone who swears by a specific device/app/software? Is there something you've always wanted to try, or could see as very useful?
