Solved: Disney extra email link

I just want to put it in writing that I have tried everything to get my link in the email to activate my free Disney extra to work. Today is the last day of the 28 days I had to activate but I cannot get through to o2. This was given to me from my mum which is allowed but I can’t activate it. It is now 23:47. I tried to activate last week but was charged £7.99 by Disney as it didn’t work. Now I’ve just realised it’s the last day and I haven’t already sorted as my mums on Hoilday.
