Wht are yoy sending me messages about a new direct debit when I have been paying you for years. there is no need for a new direct debit. I still have the same phone. Looks like I need to move to another company and get some better service.

@zzxxZZXX

You are being moved to the new billing system which needs a new DD set up.

No need to over react or panic.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

 i am getting the same texts- they should have told us first.
I was going to ring my bank as i thought it was a scam.
No point trying to contact O2 as you will be waiting an hour to speak to someone
Definitely will not be renewing my contract.
