Has anyone else had a problem with a data bar being put on your account and it can’t be removed ? I’m been having terrible problems with the so called experts at O2 since I returned from Australia on 19/01/24 and no one seems to have a resolution. Phone does not work without wifi so haven’t been able to us our ‘mobiles’ for 50 days. 😡😡 I have spoken to several people changed the sim and visited the shop and they are still looking into it.

Have you checked your APN on the phones if Android check its mobile.o2.o.uk you can also try that on an iPhone as well, but on IOS devices also check for idata.o2.co.uk 

 

Other than that you will have to persevere with Customer Services, and look through this page how to make a complaint https://o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Try resetting your network connection.

Thank you. I’ve looked in both phones and the APN seems to be what you have mentioned above.
