If you tell us what your issue is, we will be able to suggest whether it is a problem that is capable of bring addressed by a visit to an O2 retail store :-

Store locator | O2 UK | Find Your Nearest O2 Store

https://stores.o2.co.uk/

The O2 retail stores can help with some issues but not others.

Well O2 have miss sold my account that was never activated to a debt collector and I was asked to call back after 7 days (2 weeks again now) to get a notice of corrections to be sent to Experian. It’s resolved with the debt collector, but still showing negatively on my credit score

Experian take upto 6 weeks (sometimes longer) to process credit file updates..

Your best thing to do is log a issue with them (Experian), and they will liase with o2, as that can sometime speed up there processes..

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
