Hi can anyone help me all my bills have been paid but I now can’t make any calls even to 02 I cant send messages and also my mobile data won’t work I have tried turning my phone off then on but still nothing I have recently upgraded and have only had this problem for a week I have full signal and the WiFi works please help as I need to be able to contact my daughters school thanks

You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

Put your old sim card from your previous phone in the new phone.
