Shocking service. Chat bots can’t help, people chat service send you round in circles which ultimately lands you to call 202 and nobody answers the customer service calls. Is there an option in the app to cancel? Seems like only option is to cancel DD. Terrible thinking from O2, deliberate tactic to prevent people going or delay for another’s months income?

Don't cancel your direct debit ; follow the guidance that @MI5 has provided.

Cancelling your DD will result in you owing money to O2, the potential involvement of debt collectors and a possible hit for your credit rating.
