I have an o2 account and always use the APP to pay mine and my husband’s phones. Now when I log on, my phone isn’t there anymore and I’m faced with this message    “We've updated our systems and some mobiles no longer show in your account view The account holder of those mobiles can offer you delegated access to manage certain aspects of their account on their behalf.”
I am the account holder yet shows a different phone.  I tried to register my phone number to it and it tells me it’s already registered to another o2 account? That old email address hasn’t been in use for for nearly 10 years so I’ve no chance of accessing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks Danny

@DanBurt73

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

On the phone that is now using the new view of MyO2, you should be able to get logged in, and still use the account that looks like it always has for the second phone, @DanBurt73 - the "forgot password" option means calling O2 as mentioned above.

Sometimes, if you disable WiFi, O2 can work out who you are from your phone number, worth a try?
