Why can’t I get an answer from calling 202? Is there another way to inform O2 that I want to end my contract? (This being one of the reasons!)

Thank you! I’m already with a new company and my number has been transferred, so under the new rules it looks like that should be the issue resolved. 👍

I would advise keeping your direct debit in place for a month just in case there is an unbilled stray charge

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
