Broken iPhone

The WiFi won’t switch on on my iPhone - rendering it pretty much useless - I’ve been to the Apple Store and they say it’s a hardware issue - the phone is broken. It has never been damaged and otherwise looks in perfect nick. It’s out of warranty but there is still £170 left to pay on my contract. It seems desperately unfair - the guy in the O2 shop just shrugged his shoulders - ‘nothing I can do for you..’

Unfortunately he is correct.

It's an Apple issue who only offer a 12 month warranty and force you to pay extra for Apple Care for the second year of warranty which is provided free by every other manufacturer.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
