I’ve recently got all my emails etc and noticed the past month hasn’t been paid and it’s completely my fault I forgot to tell my daughter to make sure there was money in for it but instead she took all my money out my account as she thought it would of helped me out so none of my bills got paid but I want to start paying them but by bit if possible? I was in and out of hospital was a few weeks and all realising all this now and it’s a huge stress that I actually shouldn’t be under right now so any help you could give me would be amazing. I don’t get money again until the 19yh so that’s when I plan on paying it all off and then carry on paying the 25yh each month

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
