hi there i have ordered a phone over a month ago now i have been unable to collect it as i have no photo identification so the phone should be sent back to o2 and the contract cancelled after 7 days i am still being billed for a phone i’ve not used or even touched j don’t want to get bad credit so i need all charges cleared as there will be damage to my credit rating because of this and i’m not at fault please can someone help
