I signed up to pay £34 monthly and now I’m paying £42.17 I did have an issue with the “extra bill” and managed to get £10 off that and only had to pay an extra £5 so why is it now £42.17?? I don’t really want to pay that please help. Also the messaging thing keeps telling me I can’t start a conversation I’ve been trying all day

When you look at your bill on My O2, what did it say?. Did you get some free extras for 6 months when you joined that are now chargable.

As we are all customers here You need O2 to look at things.
