I got contract and iPad and when got one as present so I cancelled contract and returned iPad within 2 days. O2 still trying to charge me for iPad I haven’t got. Customer services not helping. Went back to store and they said everything been done correctly and I shouldn’t be charged. Got email to say they will be collecting money, so rang customer services and been told it’s been cancelled and I won’t be charged for anything. Went on my mobile banking and I can see pending payment to O2 tomorrow. Don’t know what to do. I cancelled direct debit. On my app it’s says contract been terminated and closed. So why O2 trying to take money so iPad I haven’t got.
