Bad network

Is anyone else having trouble with their network, I’m in Romiley greater Manchester and my network went down 6 months ago and all calls are affected

I would have got a new sim card, rather than waiting 6 months to say theres an issue, also might be worth trying your sim in a different phone, to rule out your phone been the issue

@Marty70 If there are mast issues in your area, use WiFi calling if you have a phone capable of that. O2 will need to enable it for you on their end: Wifi and 4G Calling explained | O2

You can also use WhatsApp over WiFi to call, text, or video call anyone else who also has the app for free.
