After purchasing an Apple watch series 8 ( GPS + cellular) from Apple, I have been unable to activate it with O2. On startup
I went through the sequence in mobile data and selected the £5 airtime option. All seemed to be progressing but on the iphone watch app it continues to say “ O2 activating” with a spinning icon. This has been ongoing for approx. 30 hours since first started the apple watch. Both the apple watch and the iphone SE 2020
have the latest software versions installed. Any assistance would be appreciated.
