‘3 months of Disney on us’ not working
I was sent a text from o2 and when I click on it it just directs me to the O2 Prioity and then states “The Priority content is not available“
Has this happened to anyone else ?
it seems like every offer I have tried to take advantage of via O2 Priority always makes me feel second class !

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

The stupid link takes you to the web version of Priority, then you need to login, then go back to the text and reopen the web browser
Must admit the whole process is garbage and could be a lotter simpler

Mine worked but only after persevering, oh and you Disney wont add it if you already have a subscription with o2 as an extra... Thats a Disney thing, not an o2 thing.
