100 pound for 50mb data

O2 has charged me 100 pound for 50 mb data used in India. Even I had 0 cap on my account since many years.   Customer service is not helping rather show me their legal rights to rob customers

Spend caps at home don't apply when roaming. It is clearly stated in terms and conditions.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
