I’ve been cut off for a while I’ve been owing money to moorcroft, I’ve just got to pay £38.40 will I be able to get back on to 02? Tomorrow wise so I can start my account back up and get new phone and data plus calls please? I’ve been off it for around 6 months I’ve been struggling to pay it

@Ashley1998 Even if on phoning O2 they reconnect you the chances of getting the new phone and contract you mentioned are unlikely after things had gone to debt recovery. You will fail the credit check

Also o2 put a lock on upgrades for 6 months when this happens so very much as @Enlli says you will not be able to get an upgrade..
And your contract may have been terminated by o2, if you have been paying off a debt to Moorcroft, so might be worth speaking to them as well..
