Tesco mobile customers are having the same problem and their technical teams are on it too apparantly.Even i cannot make calls on my o2 phone either.

You need to input the 4 digit number printed on the front of your american express card not the cvv 3 digit code to make your purchase as i have had to do that online.

Thanks for all your kind words i would have stayed with o2 if they could better the deals out there i currently have a sky mobile account and only paying £3 a month for 1GB unlmited calls and texts as i have sky tv or i could get other offers elsewhe...
