I honestly don't know what they think.. although..it seems that they just come out with the first excuse that they can think of, rather than actually find someone who understands and has the knowledge to resolve the issue....it's just a numbers game....

Exactly....but trying to find someone in customer services who understand sharer tariffs...and doesn't just come up with nonsense excuses....is making my head hurt.....
