Interesting word tense ... "has" broken. Almost as if it happened there
when being examined. When my contract is up I am moving elsewhere
because of O2's affiliation with these guys and obvious lack of action
to police it some. Sort it O2!
@davidjameselsonI had exactly the same issue as you state here. If my
phone and yours has "screen burn" when it looked and worked like a new
phone when I sent it, and many others have had similar experience with
this company, then I'd say all Samsung...
Could be a good point, I doubt they test it the same in the store, plus
they have to look you in the eye, face to face makes it harder to reduce
the amount.
Thanks, I have learned my lesson. Never again. I think it's worth a
group of us contacting O2 and getting them to sort it out - or at least
Ofcom route.
Well years on, and it seems the same issues continue? I wish I had seen
this thread before accepting the offer. Was offered £34 quid (!) for a
beautiful condition, hardly used Samsung Galaxy S8. Looks pretty much as
new. Should be £170 + £100 (pre or...
