I pre-ordered a phone on 29th feb and haven’t had a single email about it.. no confirmation or anything.Calling o2 they do recognise the order and say it will show up in my o2 once despatched.

I called to see what's up with them saying I'd get it within 3 working days. she checked the notes on the call and couldn't see anyone has advised me that... what the hell is going on there, they literally just make stuff up and don't even write what...

Maybe they are just testing out the system to make sure it works when(if) they actually send it. I don't think anyone at o2 speaks to each other... how can one person say it's in stock and should be with you shortly. someone else say it's out of stoc...

Nothing received about any shipment or update of order. Don't even have the order show up under my o2. I'll ring them tomorrow see why they said it's being shipped and I'll receive it next working day or sitting 3 working days.

Yeah it's annoying that the only reason I ordered the grey was because they had a quicker delivery time. I wish I knew why they'd say the grey one is going to be dispatched today... I feel like that's a bit out of order telling me it's coming when it...
