Help setting up new device with new sim

Please can somebody assist with new device and new sim setup

My O2 account details shows in correct details

I have a new handset , but it's details are not reflected in my o2 account , which states I'm using an older handset, I do I amend the details

My device is shown as incorrect when I log into my account

When I log into my account it shows the wrong handset , the tariff shown is correct but handset is not this is after upgrading my phone
