I haven't received an acknowledge for my application to join 02 and obtain a PUK code and Sims card

Without a Sims card for 02 I can't contact anyone in Virgin who are in a position to assist. I am in the process of switching from Bt toVirgin and Bt has locked me out. I am at a loss until I get a sims card. Regards Alex
