Hello. My mum is currently overseas in the isle of man and is roaming on Manx Telecom. She can receive SMS but whenever she sends them they fail to go. Anyone any ideas? I've tried the usual reboot, select a manual network etc but nothing works.

@zukosok make sure you have 4G calling enabled on your phone, and please note that you cannot make a call over 5G, 5G is data only, so if you have 5G and make a call the phone will always drop to the best available next signal (usually 4G).
