when a certain mobile sends a SMS message to me and I reply, my message just hangs with the "spinning wheel" and then just times out but only to this one mobile number?does that indicate O2 has data fill issues with this mobile number?

I may have to try that, but firstly trying to contact O2 to get them to check their data fill / network

Hi thanks for the reply I can send a new message to this mobile, but cannot respond to their initial txt so it must be network/data fill issue
