Extras charged and shows on the latest bill although the extra for Amazon Prime is cancelled.

I have cancelled my extras for Amazon Prime just in time. It shows that Extras are cancelled in the My O2 as well as on Amazon account and I cant use the Amazon Prime anymore. But on my latest bill the extras for Amazon Prime are showing as billed.Ca...
